"Nike training" is a good one...The video's are clear and easy to follow...you can chose the type of training you want... including yoga and it all links to the main website...oh and its free! I also use the Nike + iPod app to run with...And Jillian Micheals has a free one that's good too.

Stay home and rest....if it was just tiredness i'd say go...but training is never effective when you're not feeling well...see your Doctor re the bites.

Striking the balance of allowing them food when they are hungry...but limiting the choices. Think about how emotions play a part in feeding rituals and avoid using food as a reward, celebration... comfort....or punishment.

Hi...it's essentially a very low /restricted carb diet ...which is great for losing weight...but i think causes more problems when you don't stick to it or stop doing it, in that without reintroducing carbs very gradually into your diet...and with some people (like me) even whilst doing that, the weight lost comes back…

Hey...i'm with you all the way...i love it!...particularly like the "power song" setting when i'm flagging...i've also linked it to a C2 5K app that i bought which both run simultaneously. I did wonder though how accurate the calorie counter is, it seems rather generous compared to using the average values on here.

If you have MFP as a Iphone app....why not try Nike +, it fits in your Nike shoe and monitors distance/calories/time all through your phone or Ipod...you can program workouts and you get voice updates as you do it...and listen to your fave music tracks!

Lol...Just been to Sainsbury's....they had some Weight Watcher's meals on offer so i'm having Sausage and Root Vegetable Mash @ 312 calories....looks quite nice!
