Hi.. i'm nearly 3 months in...lost 12b so far and am determined to carry on until it's all gone! Exercising has made the difference for me, its taken a long time to find something I like, but I can honestly say i've turned a corner..I'm finding it no effort to go to the gym 3 times a week...if I can do it anyone can! Hi...I want to lose 80lb in a year before my 50th in July next year...I've lost 12b since mid June so hopefully I'm on track..I exercise 3-4 days a week and am eating 1500 calories most days ;0) lets do it everyone!

Hi, I'm on my 3rd week. Can't say I had the same problem when I started but I'm used to going most of the day without food anyway..so I have coffee for breakfast and a piece of fruit until dinner. I found the earlier I ate, the hungrier I felt. Good luck Karen
