I used to be hot all the time before my surgery, now I am constantly cold. I think its because we are so used to having all that "cushion" to keep us warm, and now our body doesnt have that.:happy:

Im with you all on this. After my surgery, I felt great, like a whole new person. Now, I have had mood swings and start feeling like my old self again. Im going to say an 8, you are out and trying and that is the best thing. If you can handle a 22 mile ride, congrats!! Im lucky at 5 miles. Im better at the running and swimming

I didnt eat when I was stressed. I ate when i was tired, bored, or depressed. I would raid the vending machines at work especially for the donuts, cakes, and cookies. I love my junk food. I had the sleeve done 5 weeks ago, and just the change of the diet makes me feel so..........much better. I dont crave the junk food at…

I had my surgery on Sept 14, 2012. So glad that I did it, feel like im in my 20's again

I had the gastric sleeve process down about 5 weeks ago. Before that, I had gained 30 lbs within a period of 2 1/2 months. Feeling the same way that you do. I still get a little depressed here and there, but I have a little more self confidence. I know hormones can have a lot to do with it also, and the season changing too…

Depending on how i feel, I usually eat cream of wheat or oatmeal. if i want high protein and food isnt an option, i will bring a slim fast-low carb shake with me to work. 180 cal, 20 gms of protein, 3 carbs

im doing it every other day. I need to mix it up or i will get tired of it fast. Im also doing pilates inbetween

Im on soft foods right now since surgery, i used to like eggs, now i get nauseated when i smell them. I need some good ideas too for breakfast. Tired of having shakes 2-3x a day for the protein.

I finished day 2 yesterday, it does seem to be getting a little easier. the push ups kill my knees, but the jumping jacks are coming to me a little better than day one.

I also use the Run Keeper. You can add buddie on there to keep the motivation going also.
