Yeah... I realized once you posted that i may need to take it gradually. These past 2-3 days I took it back to "maintain weight" on my goal instead of losing .5 a week. My goal is 1,940 according to MFP and then on a normal day I burn 200-300 calories. I just didn't know if i needed to eat ALL Those calories.. it just…

Yeah i've been training/being healthy since January, Just haven't been motivated to post since the beginning of the month. Question, about the carbs? I'm in range of what MFP suggests? is that not right or if I cut it down to 200 would see improvement?

Oh yeah, all I drink is water ...all day... every day.. and same with veggies, I just don't add them in the diary as much as I need to.. but I eat them..thanks :)

BUT with the nutrition plan for me (with insanity) do you think they've INCLUDED the net calorie difference in my Calorie equation and aim to eat that much every day, the 1,714? or should I stay with My fitness pal and ignore it when it says i've gone over at 1320? Thanks, Yeah, I'm still learning. I am a NEW Trainer lol.. so.. Just learned the basics. That would make sense. Only thing is I'm traveling (husbands job) and don't have weights. May eventually invest in some but, I know there are weighs to strength train with out them. Thanks!
