measure yourself!! use Google and put in" what size bra am I" there are loads of site where you can put your measurements in to get an accurate size hope this helps

definitely log alcohol is basically liquid fat, its full of cals a lot people are over weight due to too much consumption of alcohol sorry def not a freebie

I am with you all the way im a 29 year old mum of 3 my eldest is nearly 9 (in 10 days)my daughter is 5 and the youngest is 1 and the saddle bag and belly is not what I desire but time and energy is always an issue with the kids on school hols so im doing the 30 day shred in a hope to combat some of it

hi have that problem with saddle bags everything else is getting much more trim but they will not shift and now i look like i have stuck on a pair of random thunder thighs that don't belong to me but unfortunately they do- lol

hi there im 29 an i needed to loose 35lbs so far I have lost 12lb since being on mfp and 3lb on my own.i tried ww a long time ago but didnt get on with it the food track is so helpful on here so good luck

hi there 56 grams dry for 210 cal sound right for that, but when cooked pasta more than doubles it weight so for example if it was 90g dry it would be 190g cooked so if it was 3/4 of a cup dry I would expect it to be 2 -2 1/4 cups so not too far out hope this helps
