1. I've been trying to fit into this dress for two months. Literally try it on everyday(I'm nuts). I fit in it in May, just needed help zipping it and HATED the way it looked. This morning, I tried it on and was able to zip it up and it looked great!!!
2. My significant other said to me "wow, you've got abs"(I've always been thin but never really had abs).
So while I've not seen the scale change AT ALL I suppose it's inches.
It's so worth all the hard work!
