hi there I want to follow the p90x get ripped program, but I would like to know
1) if people have followed the nutritional eating plan and had good results
2) if I exercise at night do I eat the higher calorie meal at night time or do I still have it as breakfast as suggested in the plan
I would much appreciate any help or advice from those with experience of this exercise regime
thank you

waiting for some answers to your questions - i find it hard to follow with the nutrition plan - i'm a carb lover.

didn't even think about changing around meals - i am working out late at night once I get 2 kids to bed.

hi there it seems we will not get an answer to our problem how have you found doing the work outs with having a full day with kids etc?? have you had good results as in weight loss and toning ? i have been doing the 30 day shred and although i feel i am more toned i am not seeing huge weight losses im going away in 12weeks so this plan seems a great one to follow just to get in my pre-baby wardrobe

No answers, guess we'll figure it out...
I am basically always tired til I crash. It's been rough. Up at 6, get everyone ready for the day, out the door by7:45. Worked yesterday til 6:45. Came home ate dinner that my MIL luckily made while watching the kids. Bath time for the kiddies, bedtime for them, legs/back x, shower, sleep. Sounds exciting and glamorous, huh?

Today I just did KenpoX during my son's nap. I really liked that.

Still trying to figure out what / how much to eat though. It says I should eat 1800. When I put it in here for that amount even with calories goal of 600 cal burned daily from p90x it says I won't lose weight. I don't know. Having a hard time getting enough protein and of course overdoing it a bit on carbs and sugars. I'm trying though, today is looking better but still short on protein.
Bought Costco egg beaters today instead of my regular eggs today and got almond milk to try for coffee and stuff instead of my FF flavored creamer or milk.

So far 1pound down but really just finished the first week.

How are you doing with it?
