Hi there! I’m back on the IF train. I’m doing 16:8 with my window of eating (for now) 10:00 to 6:00 pm. Since I’m easing back into it that’s my starting point, but I will probably adjust to 12:00 to 8:00 pm. Also, feel free to add me as a friend!

Jan 22: 2 miles fat burning walk!

I’m back and ready to get some miles in! Forgot Jan 17-2 miles walk away the pounds and today Jan 21-2 miles as before.

Jan 15: 2 mile walk away the pounds. I’m so happy to back! I’ve been unwell the last few days!

Jan 9: 1 mile fat burning walk. I have to be honest, I wasn’t feeling it tonight, but since making the commitment to walk every day, I make myself do at least 1 mile. In most cases, I do the mile and feel like doing more - today just wasn’t that day.

Jan 7: 3 mile fat burning walk. I really liked this one because its 5 miles (I only did 3 tonight) total and each mile includes a jogging component. As someone who used to run regularly this made me happy :)

I just turned 29 and have lost 80 pound with about 5 left to go. Feel free to add me!

Also, do I post my total mileage on a weekly basis or just wait and post at end of month. Not sure it matters, but I just wanted to check!

Check out HAS fit on YouTube or their website. They have beginner and low impact videos. It’s free and the videos are quality, in my opinion.

For me it never stops. If I dont log and excercise consistently then I KNOW that I will fall back into my old ways. I have accepted that logging will always be something I do. Some people say they can't imagine tracking calories everyday and I say to them that I can't imagine being obese everyday - I spent way too much…
