30 min on the Arc Trainer at the Y. I haven't been on it for a very long time. It's similar to an elliptical. It has pre-programmed tours of different hikes from around the world. Swiss Alps is my favorite.4

Jan 7: 3 mile fat burning walk. I really liked this one because its 5 miles (I only did 3 tonight) total and each mile includes a jogging component. As someone who used to run regularly this made me happy2

@laurenisfitforlife, the Fat Burning Walk is an excellent DVD! Gotta love those boosted/ jogging segments . Well done!

Jan 9: 1 mile fat burning walk. I have to be honest, I wasn’t feeling it tonight, but since making the commitment to walk every day, I make myself do at least 1 mile. In most cases, I do the mile and feel like doing more - today just wasn’t that day.2
