I think for me, its been like 5-8lbs a month, which is pretty healthy. But i barely been working out and it seems like the weight is just coming off nicely. Dieting def is the most important part of this whole journey.

See but I usually jog in the am because I get up early and after working Im sometimes tired. So i would job shower and head back to sleep, but as someone uptop said i dont want to confuse my metabolism by going back to sleep
