My max is 100g of carbs per day (liberal low carb diet), but most days I am in the 75-85g range. I'm not the strictest about my diet and allow myself one "cheat day" a week. Don't feel bad. I totally intended to get something healthy from Subway on my lunch break, but then realized my boyfriend drove us to work and since he's teaching a class, I couldn't ask him for his car key. So instead I walked to the KFC across the street...now I feel sick :\

Saturdays are my designated cheat days, mainly because that's the day I'm out with friends, eating and drinking. I still make a point to work out that morning and be relatively good with my eating throughout the day, so I'm not TOO thrown off. But as everyone else said, it varies from person to person.

This happens to me often as well...I weigh myself in the morning before I have anything to eat or drink. Some days I weigh as low as 133, sometimes as high as 137. I want to say it could be "poo pounds" as faefaith said, but it might also be water weight too. I'm not entirely sure :\
