I am currently separated from my wife, we were going to counseling until I found out she was messing around on me. I am trying to stay positive about things. I am definitely more active now. My son and are closer than we ever have.

I have been eating back my exercise calories, I have also adjusted my calories to compensate.

I would go with homemade or generic. I was getting about 400 calories.

You will go up or down and stay flat. I make my official weigh in day Sunday morning, but I do check in sometimes during the week.

I dont eat anything after dinner.

To help me to stay on task i have a support group and i set goals for myself. For food I just watch what I eat and stay from junk food or processed foods.
