  • Looks like a party to me. There is another race just like it in March. I want to do one of those solo next year. This year I am a team mate, still not sure of how we are splitting it.
  • Biffledinked 10x5k on April 27 and Frederick Nut Job May 4 & 5. There will be more races throughout the year but these are the 2 "biggies"
  • I have 3 dogs, 2 of which run. Some days you have to let them sniff. Try starting off by walking and sniffing for half a mile. It's a warm up for both of you. Then move onto running. Make sure the dog knows commands such as leave it, slow, walk and ok let's go. I am 115 pounds and run with the combination of 93 pound, 71…

  • I would say he is more fit than me. He has ran for a couple years more than me and walks our dogs every day. His weight is around 180. I am going to look at my settings again to make sure I didn't mess that up! But burning 58 calories per mile seems a bit low. Or am I just in denial? Thanks!!!!!!!!!
  • Did they at any point have him on steroids to get the inflammation down? Hubby has to keep a prescription on hand just in case. First sign of an issue he takes a couple for a couple days and keeps things in check. I would suggest he go back and get possibly a second opinion.
  • My husband was diagnosed 7 years ago. He is now "in remission". My husband is on Lialda for maintenance. My husband kept me pretty sheltered when things were REAL bad, but I know it took longer than 5 months to get things running smoothly. It has taken us this long to narrow down the cans and can nots. No nuts, minimal…
