the day after i have cocktails is THE WORST even if i have only 3 or 4 cocktails and am in bed by 11. i just eat, and eat, and eat. annoying.

stick with it! :) i feel the most satiated when i consume protein with each meal (usually in the form of beans for lunch and tofu in some variation for dinner). good luck!
