You will always have a shift in water weight based upon what is happening in your body at any given time. Just try to take readings at the same time everyday in the same scenario. And take the lowest weight and that will be your real weight because water can do nothing but add weight.

Crossfit is a 1 way street to snapcity, PLEASE do not do crossfit. Everything about it is wrong down to the very foundation by which you do exercises on that program. Just do a normal weightlifting regiment ffs.
