Same here! I did so well until the weather started to change. The workouts stopped and then the eating picked up. But I'm back and I'm starting with tracking my food again, cooking at home and no fast food (except salads and subs - travel for work).

Kale, flavored coconut water (pineapple or orange mango), frozen fruit mix (pineapples, papaya, bananas, and strawberries), and chia seeds! You can add some greek yogurt for protein and a creamier texture. In place of coconut water, you can add 1/2 cup of flavored kefir and 1/2 cup of water. I love the pomegranate kefir…

For breakfast Veggie egg white scramble with mushrooms, onions, and red peppers. Adding a little laughing cow cheese gives it a creamier texture! Add some blackberries and/or strawberries! For lunch, a simple stir fry with broccoli, snow peas, and carrots. I cook my vegetables in a little chicken broth to soften them a bit…

Yes. I struggled with the no energy. I convinced my sister n law to workout with me in the morning. She only stuck around 3 weeks but long enough that I was able to keep going on my on. Start slow and slowly build - you won't regret it. Once I started working out, I got that extra boost I needed to keep going. I started to…

I just re-organized my closet as well. I put all of my clothes that were too big in bins separated into work wear and casual wear. I am going to hold on to them for a while until I have sustained my weight loss for at least a year. I also pulled out the few things I saved for when I lose weight to take inventory. Luckily I…

Bump - Add 1 tsp baking powder and based on other reviews use one less egg and grind the rolled oats first before adding to mixture. 3 small bananas is approx. 265g.

Egg white scramble with spinach, peppers, mushroom and onion + canadian bacon + strawberries and/or blackberries. If you want to add some creaminess and flavor to your eggs, add a wedge of laughing cow swiss cheese.

I'm eating my leftover Garrett's popcorn! I know it's bad but so, so good!!! At least it will be gone and no longer there to tempt me :)

I've had several as well: 1) All my co-workers have noticed my weight loss. I've received several compliments! 2) My collar bone has never looked so good! LOl 3) I no longer XL or XXL tops and I'm now in 14/16 jeans and 12 in tops/dresses - down from a size 20 pants at my biggest. 4) For years I have only been shopping at…

Same here…my cravings have decreased.

I don't plan cheat days but I go out for dinner and/or drinks every now and then and it hasn't derailed me. I've found that if I eat as clean as possible, stick close to my macros, and exercise regularly the times that I "cheat" are okay. Since mid-April, I've had a few birthday celebrations, a few business trips, a night…

Sweets! Cereal (and not the serving size…lol), ice cream, shakes, cookies…you get the point. And I probably ate out at least 5 times a week and not the good stuff. I never ate a lot but what I did eat was high in calories, fat and sugar. Throw in a couple of happy hours and there you go! A size 20! Now I am at a 14 and…

If you look to the right of your screen, about midway down, you will see a button marked old recipe calculator (or something like that).

Feel free to add me! I am at 224 and want to lose another 44 lbs. I would like to reach my goal by Thanksgiving of this year so that I am in maintenance mode by the holidays - at 200 by end of August and 180 by Thanksgiving.

Thanks for the recipe. I made it tonight and it was great! I used salsa verde instead of regular salsa. Next time I will add black beans and fresh cilantro!

I made this recipe on Sunday and it was delicious!! I served it over quinoa. It will definitely be added to the rotation!

I reached a point where I was wearing a shawl with every outfit. One day I forgot my shawl and freaked out. My weight and my midsection had gotten out of control. All my clothes were tight and I refused to go up a size. And so the journey began and continues to this day.

3 regular, nice sized pancakes! And yes, agave is a natural sweetener similar to honey. I like agave because I find you need less to get to the desired sweetness.
