I made these (again) recently for a 4th of July party at my zumba studio and they were a huge hit. Scooped up before I could even get one and before I mentioned they were low cal/low fat (I used reduced fat vanilla wafers and topped them with fresh strawberries & blueberries). Fantastic recipe...thank you!!!0
