I eat 2 bananas a day. I just log them..... really good bedtime snack with peanut butter:)

I work out at 5 in the morning....at home. I always eat a snack before bed. that gets me thru my workout. then my reward is my coffee with half and half. I eat breakfast on my way to work.........it works for me......find what works for you. if I eat before.....i feel sick

I thought level one was doable....level 2 made me want to puke. I thought we were done and she said.....only 2 more circuits!!!! I don't know how you did both together....you must be one bad mama!!!!

I'd do ripped in 30 next. you can mix in butt and thighs.......the newest one...shed and shred is killer. level one not so bad, but I almost puked doing level 2. and I consider myself to be pretty fit!!!

I like the combination of cardio and resistance training.....I'm doing P09x....but using Jillian's RI 30 and buns and thighs for my cardio instead of the P90x ones.......I use the strength training from tony horton.......

that's what I was thinking. I love the weight training part....but am getting bored with some of the cardio......and I HATE the yoga!!!

I'd love to do insanity.......not sure if my knees could handle it. I've had 7 knee surgeries (5 left, 2 right) I'm doing p90x lean right now. I limit my jumping. But I'd love to try insanity:) if my knees can handle it!!

I really think you need to eat more. I looked at your diary, and you are not getting enough nutrition. I understand that sometimes it is scary to up your calories. Extremely low calorie intake like you are using now will work if you are severely overweight....but you are not. When I began my weight loss, I was netting less…

I have to split up the p90x yoga. I don't have time to do the entire thing in the am before I go to work. I do the hard part in the am, and then the relaxing part after school. but as a rule i think it's better to get your heart rate up and keep it up.....but something is better than nothing:)
