blood pressure success
I have had high blood pressure since I gave birth to my son almost 14 years ago. I never required medication....but we were starting to discuss it. I have now lost almost 50 lbs......gone from a size 14 to a 4.......and my blood pressure is 117 / 70!!!!!!!

jillian michael's extreme shed and shred
level 2 was so hard I almost puked........ I'm doing a p90x/jillian michaels hybrid........I like jillian's cardio better than p90x. I use the extreme s & s for two of the cardio days and butt and thighs on the other. I skip yoga......hate yoga:) But, wow.......this kicked my *kitten*:)

I need some advice. I have been doing p90x for about a month and a half. today instead of the kenpo I did jillian michaels new butt and legs dvd (3rd workout). I feel like I got a better workout. I was sweating like crazy!! So, would I be crazy to do a jm workout on my cardio days instead of the stuff tony horton says? Or…

As I was carrying in a 50 pound bag of salt for the softener, I was feeling really heavy as I walked. I realized that I used to weigh almost that...... My current weight plus the 50 pounds.........No wonder my knees hurt all the time!!!!!

I bought a size 6 pair of shorts!!!!! I'm 38 years old and was wearing size 14 just a few months ago!!!!! I CAN'T believe it:bigsmile:

I noticed a couple of things.... 1. I can see my shoulder bones now. There's not a layer of fat on them:) 2. I don't have cellulite on the front of my thighs. I actually like the way my legs look!!! Yay, me:)

All my shorts are falling off of me!!! I have gone from a 14 to size 8 to 10!!!! I haven't been here in 15 YEARS!!!!! Thanks MFP!!!!!:bigsmile:
