    Week one to week two was a shocker! I handled week one no problem, but week two was definitely harder!

    I just finished finished week 4 too. Kicked my big booty but I'm feeling great and stronger.
    I've noticed a huge difference in inches and I feel great.
    I did most of these 4 wks at the low level so I'm thinking of repeating at higher level.
    What's your next plan if any?

    I was supposed to start week 4 yesterday and I freaked myself out so I did week 3 one last time. Today is my day....I'm gonna do it.....I hope......

    Do any of you ripped x2 a day? I was on another blog and some people said they did it once in the morning and once at night and I never considered that.

    I do in the morning and run at night.
    Think I might get sick of it or Jillian if I did it 2/day.

    That's what I thought! By the 3 time in a week I turn the volume down so I can barely hear her.

    HAHA I am starting the 30 day shred tomorrow and I hear its rather challenging. However, listening to JM for 20 or so minutes may prove to be more challenging. Good thing for volume control!

    I love jillian......However, I do cuss her throughout the workout!!! I'm in better shape than I've been in about 15 years, and it is due to her videos:)

    I think I may do the trouble zone workout next!!
