pilonidal cyst???

anyone had one??? how long am I going to have to bee off exercise if I have it lanced? surgery????

I belive I have had this same cyst (tail bone area) If you get lanced I would say about a day of no working out Every time i got this cyst I usually felt sick like fever and fatigue but after its lanced I felt better with in the same day.

My brother had one.. could not do any physical activity for at least 5 years due to pain and it kept coming back. good luck, i hope yours is not as bad as his was.
