Mainly dips, I think it was my form because initially I was going too low. But it flairs up when I bench and any isolated tricep exercises.

Yeah ive recently tried doing that but after the fact, when it does heal up im going to keep wearing the as a precaution

You know what this isnt the first time ive had this and the last time I had a flair up was two years ago, made a couple of doctors visits and he would just prescribe me vicodin, which kinda annoyed me because I dont like taking crap like that.

Yeah ive noticed that im puffier, less defined. Im kinda thinking of getting off the stuff just cause its hard to differentiate whether this is due to the creatine or weight gain

Yeah I dont get discouraged but I noticed im losing weight but now its moving at a snails pace, which i dont mind because im really not trying to buy a whole lot of new clothes.

Yeah I noticed when I initially started weight was flying off like crazy. I was stuck at 195 for over a month and weighed in a few weeks ago and was in the 180's

Yeah I lift weights 4 times a week followed by cardio days where I train with a weighted vest as well. My main concern was that obviously I dont want the water retention to mask any loss/gains.

Buy a stationary bike and ride it at home while you watch tv, thats what I do

You need to not use the whole "im too busy to cook" thing because if I can work two jobs, go to the gym, and go to school full time and still lose weight you can do it too. Pre make your meals
