Ok i think i found the problem. I changed my activity level using the app for my cellphone. Apparently that doesnt work very well. So now i tried changing it via the web page. That worked. Now my new goals make sense. But i think i will increase my goal loss to 0.75 now. :) Thank you for your help everyone!

Thank you! :) Well i have only lost 4 kg so far... so that probably isnt the issue... at first my goal was 1440. Then as i lost weight it dropped to 1410. But from 1410 to 1200 without a change in weight? That would be a bit much dont you think? I rechecked my goal loss per week. It is set at 0.5kg... just as it was…

I am new to this and the 100 miles a months challenge really appealed to me. I live close to nuremberg (germany) and have a 3 months old baby-boy who refuses to sleep during the day time unless I carry him. I use a wrap around baby carrier and he loves it and I get my exercise so what could be more perfect for me than this…
