Working Dad with LPR Reflux and pre-diabetes

Hi there - I have just rejoined MFP and reaching out to folks who are looking to support and be supported.
I have a mix of reflux-related (Laryngopharyngeal Reflux - the acid goes to my throat and I get sore throats and little colds a lot) and digestive issues, combined with work burnout which have made health a real priority for me again. A few years ago I got myself out of the prediabetic zone but I imagine I am probably back in that zone.
I will be seeing a nutritionist who will want to take a look at my eating habits, and also part of why I rejoined MFP - to track everything.
I have two pre-toddler twins and a demanding job (who doesn't have a demanding job I suppose) and this year despite some active periods, my habits and health went straight down the tubes.
I work some strange hours 3 days a week 5/6am - 3pm/4pm and now trying to make fitness work around this schedule.
I have seen real progress when I make the shift towards health again combined with logging on this site.
My wife has really gotten into pilates (very psyched for her!) and I have just started in the last couple of weeks getting back to health.
Good luck to everyone!
