I personally aim for 5% carbs 25% protein 70% fat. I weigh and measure everything and meal prep a lot of the same meals ...enter in recipe here and reuse it during the week. I find that meal prep saves me

I have a husband that has no interest in keto. That means meal prepping 2 different styles of meals. He doesn't cook but if he eats the same stuff as me along with the sweets and other crap he is just going to get fat. I need to drop weight bad.. this is the way il ike bc i don't have to give up bacon and cheese!

If your doctor knew you were taking all those meds and still prescribed you Contrave I think you are ok. But that is something you need to speak with your doctor about ...not asking MFP.

^^^ I see this too regularly .. if it really "WORKS" why do the consultants look the same every single time I see them(at least the ones I see)? -- maybe that is negative but its true.. I don't think that it is intentional -- I try to do the bend over and squat test to make sure there is no see thru action going on.. usually that means that the pants are too small or just a cheap material ;)

Try some personal training sessions, you could learn something new. I personally think that 1200 Cals is super low -- but thats just me.

Fruit isn't bad in moderation -- Just like anything else --- but fruit does have more carbs in it than Veggies do.. I try to stay away from fruit and eat lots of leafy greens instead.. I do eat some fruit if I start to crave sweets -- Mmm Pineapple!
