    Just finished day 2. I wear a heart monitor and MFP calories burned is pretty close to accurate for logging the exercise as circuit training. Good luck Ladies!!

    I have done this in the past and really enjoy how I feel doing this. I did not do this in just 30 days however. I had to wean into this doing it a few days a week up to 6 days a week. I have hurt myself too many times before.

    I switched it up a bit on Day 3 and decided to do the 2nd workout. LOL I feel great today.. not as sore.. :D

    Hi, i did my first day this morn. Didn't find it to bad but I bet my body will be killing tomorrow. Will only be doing it Mon to Fri as weekends are just to busy with my kids. Also doing gym 2/3 times per week.

    Finding im not as sore as i was days one and two. But im taking my time and only doing it a couple times a week. I still feel the need to go to the gym as much as i can
