Hi, i did my first day this morn. Didn't find it to bad but I bet my body will be killing tomorrow. Will only be doing it Mon to Fri as weekends are just to busy with my kids. Also doing gym 2/3 times per week.0

Finding im not as sore as i was days one and two. But im taking my time and only doing it a couple times a week. I still feel the need to go to the gym as much as i can0
