Even though I log everything on here, I also write it down in a food diary. You should do that also for the next couple of weeks your gone. You can approximate calories & fix it when you get back home. It will still help you stay on track & have an estimate of how many calories you're eating.

It's also good to use other things around the house to up the weight your using. Like people say take full waterbottles on walks. Maybe you could pick up something heavier & lift it while your watching tv.

I just did it for the first time. & It kicked my butt!! BUT I ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT. I've found the thing for me =] & I burned approx. 500+ calories in 45 minutes. How exciting!!!

Today was my parent's anniversary, so the family & I went out to eat at Applebee's. Going out to eat is never good. I pigged out. I ate some cheese sticks, french fries, & chicken strips. I feel so bad right now. It just seems like all my hard work this past week has went down the drain all in one night. :cry:
