Ew. I'm disgusted!

Update On Turbo Jam!!
I just did it for the first time. & It kicked my butt!! BUT I ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT. I've found the thing for me =] & I burned approx. 500+ calories in 45 minutes. How exciting!!!

Has anyone tried it? I heard it's a good workout & helps you whip into shape fast. I just downloaded it off of Limewire.. I'm actually excited to try it!

Today was my parent's anniversary, so the family & I went out to eat at Applebee's. Going out to eat is never good. I pigged out. I ate some cheese sticks, french fries, & chicken strips. I feel so bad right now. It just seems like all my hard work this past week has went down the drain all in one night. :cry:

I'm not a good runner & the last time I did it was about 2 weeks ago.. For 5 minutes, lol. Well, today I went to the gym & I ran for 20 minutes!!!!! I'm excited. :drinker:

I've done horrible this past week. I only exercised twice & I've been staying under my calories, but still not eating very healthy.
