ii Am Goinq On Vacation In 5 Weeks & ii Started My '6 Week Challenqe' On June 1st. I've Noticed That ii Really Enjoy Doinq Cardio Workouts (Taebo & Goinq To The Gym). ii Also Go For A 70 Minute Walk Almost Everyday. ii Have A Really Hard Time Knowinq What's Healthy & What's Not Healthy When It Comes To Eatinq! I'm Callinq It A '6 Week Challenqe' To Shed A Few Pounds For Vacation, But ii Also Want To Continue A Better Lifestyle Forever.

..Any Advice On How To Do So??? =]

    Try looking at the recipes posted on SparkPeople.com, LifeScript.com, EatingWell.com and realage.com. They all have healthy recipes. Another site is Recipezaar.com. You can create a screener that will show only the foods you select. Example you can screen for main meal, simple(5 ingredients or less), low calorie, low fat, low carb, low sodium, etc. Good luck!
