Today was my parent's anniversary, so the family & I went out to eat at Applebee's. Going out to eat is never good. I pigged out. I ate some cheese sticks, french fries, & chicken strips. I feel so bad right now. It just seems like all my hard work this past week has went down the drain all in one night. :cry:

    Tomorrow is anther day. Start off all new. Do a little extra working out this weekend.
  • Welcome to my world. I will do so good all day long and then someone will bring some crap home like these choc almond candies that have been screaming my name for a week. I have ate 3 though but I'm going to throw that bag away tomorrow if my husband don't take them to work or please just get them out of the house.

    So you had a rough meal...Just make tomorrow extra great, drink tons of water, and plan a good workout!

    I keep bringing my flaw food up because it's so frekin' amazing! I have you beat with one half of a "Brownie Obsession" from TGI Friday's...It was over 2600 calories!!! But that week I also lost 3 pounds...So...call it your "zig-zag meal." LOL

    Put them in his car right now! If they melt, well, lesson learned...don't bring crap home! LOL I've thrown full bags of chocolate tempt me chips! I throw pies down the sink, cookies into the trash...I'm awful. But I can't control myself otherwise. Good luck with those chocolates! :tongue:

    Aw sweetie... don't beat yourself up.
    I just had a not-so-small piece of chocolate cake (hubby's birthday) and I can care less.
    I got it out of my system. He will be delivering cake to his friends tomorrow b/c I don't want that huge thing in my fridge anymore.

    I had fun making it, I had fun putting all the candles & lighting them up, had fun singing 'Happy Birthday' but it will be getting an eviction notice 2morrow.

    Tomorrow is a brand new day girl!

    I truly believe when I have an "off" day, it helps me lose more. I have even done it on purpose and it works for me. I think it gives our metabolism a "jump start". As long as you don't have "off" days every day then you should be fine!!!
