these i like. except i am too cheap for single serving portions. i do bag things myself though. and i eat in front of the tv though. i alo keep a bottle of water with me at night in front of the tv so i can feel like i have something good while i watch. i like water.

i find that simple is better. i dont plan my meals in advance day to day but i do when i grocery shop. i dont plan my workouts, i do cardio when i feel energetic and weights when i feel low key and nothing or jut walking when i dont feel like doing anything. i consider my weight loss plan to be less of a plan and more…

i have the best results when i do both. i do cardio twice a week, and strength 2-3 times... or vice versa... depends on the week. to me it isnt an either or thing... the two go together like jenny and forrest gump. who go together like peas and carrots. ps, when i say results i kinda mean how i look, not my actual weight…

a week and a half is not stuck. after three weeks if you arent moving maybe... and thats still a maybe. weight doesnt come off on our schedules. it doesnt know what a week is.

the only things i always have without fail are sugar free rock star various bread cream cheese otherwise its a rotation.

i do not suggest a diet at all. if you are 102 and skinny everywhere but one place, you need to restore tha balance in your body by eating at least at maintainance and rebuilding muscle. no more diet. it will not help you at all.
