good point about mixing meat and cheese. i also dont mix, its one or the other, cheese as a main protein or meat or fish or beans.... rarely do any of them have to comingle exept in the case of tacos and burritos because you dont mess with perfection.

i feel ya. i am there. trying to avoid repeating my past mistakes. so far i am able to keep from quitting by uping my game and changing my program... seeing if i was just in a rut. i also signed up for a personal training session and she guided me toward a new plan... change can be good.

if you like to cook, pick a day a week to cook a few meals with lots of servings. freeze them in serving sizes, figure the calories once, and just track em when you eat em. or eat processed food. personally though i am not able to lose weight if i dont eat what i like. i like food too much for that.

oh i didnt know anything happened. we got ours from the gas station on our side of town (south)... thats so sad. maybe they are still making though, i will see next time we walk that way... i have been wanting to try donut parade for years but we are never up that way suring their business hours..

the dawn of the donut place i mentioned earlier has a maple bacon bar... but they crumble up the bacon... its... amazing. personally however, if i were making it i would do less of a frosting and more of a this mapley syrupy glaze.... if anyone invents that i will be in trouble. the frosting is a little much and overpowers…

its funny, you know how you can see your flags right, i have one abuse flag, and no idea what it is for. cant imagine what it could even be for... but there is no apparent way to know. so how helpful is that if someone cant see what is the offending behavior and thus change it.

try exersize. i am an emotional eater too, so now when i want to eat when i am not hungry... i ask myself why, and if it is emotional, to stuff bad feelings... i get some endorhins from running and it works like a charm. doesnt take the problems away but does change my feeling about it...
