Shoes for Body Pump

Hi. I'm from Kuala Lumpur. I attend Les Mills Bodypump classes twice a week. I would like to know what foot wear is suitable for this class. I've been wearing running shoes but I feel it does not give me the stability for the squat tracks.

Thank you very much.

i had the same problem... or i thought that was it. the instructor told me it was hurting my feet because i wasnt putting my weight in the right place. (doing squats with poor form)...

but i dont know if that is your case or not.

poor form = plethora of problems.

of course that was just me, you might have perfect form and just need lifting shoes or something.

    Minimalist shoes work great.
