I love it. I think it's sweet/polite. Then again, I am 19. If I was in my 30s or better, I'm not sure it would be the same story.

I am 5' 2.5" 159 pounds Goal weight is 120

The idea behind it isn't so bad, but I would work on the way you approach it. That phrasing is gonna get you a dateless event! If you want help on how to go about it, message me.

Good guess. Just turned 19 :)
-
19?

Way to go!! What a change!

I assure you, once you have your baby, NONE of it matters. You body will never be the same, but you will learn to love it. And getting back in shape all depends on your determination.

I am myself a volunteer EMT. I'd love to meet any other EMS workers...Fire and Police too...I guess ;p

I agree. ...although it's the fatty in me agreeing.

I'd love to join. I am 19, 5'2" and looking to lose 40 pounds. I would love to have and add to the support! :)

I have the same problem with my fiance. Probably because my *kitten* is his weakness.

Burger King has a veggie burger. It's pretty good. I know it's still fast food, but much better than a whopper.

I just consider it a "normal daily activity" even if it isn't that daily. If it's particularly calorie-burning, I just think of it as a bonus :)

I have PTSD. Anyone else struggling with it, feel free to message me or add me :)

How do I link FitBit to MFP?

I'm in!

I am sorry to hear that. Have you and your boyfriend tried thinner condoms, such as "lambskin"?
-
I also have a latex allergy. You can buy non-latex condoms in any size, there are also a variety of types "lambskin", polyisoprene, etc. You can buy them in any adult specialty store, many pharmacies, and even cheaper, online. Online you can even get them in bulk.

I am an EMT currently taking some science/medicine/general classes, and plan to get my Paramedic License.
-
I know that not all doctors leave this out. My OB/GYN being a great example. Then it's up to the woman. For me personally, the risk is too high. And for what, to be able to ditch the condoms? I'm okay with using condoms until I'm done having kids and then looking into surgical procedures.

I have always known I did not want to use birth control. I know too much about how it works and affects the body. Now that my mother has had the issues, my younger sister has also decided to stay away from bc.
-
Also, the concept of a lo-estrogen pill is like a light cigarette. It's not really any less-harmful. My mother suffered multiple blood clots around last Christmas after being placed on a low-estrogen pill. Don't be fooled, ladies.
-
I have to say, any of you using or considering using the pill, shots, an IUD or any other hormonal device, you need to do some serious research about the side effects. I am NOT some religious nut who thinks birth control is wrong. I use condoms religiously. I am a medical professional who wants you all to know what your…

Another good brand is Ener-G. You can find these at health food stores, and probably at a Whole Foods or Trader Joe's in most places.

My son also has an egg allergy. Have you tried and egg replacer such as no-egg? they are completely egg free and you can use them in any baked good. They don't work as an egg substitute, (you can't scramble them), but I think they work great for baked good and foods such as meatloaf, meatballs that require egg. It comes as…
