  • I am in my fourth week. I have been stuck on 8 lbs for 2 weeks now. I have been spending an hour + a day between weights and cardio. 5 days a week and resting weekends. I was getting very frustrated until I checked my waist for the first time in four weeks. I lost 4 1/2 inches. Cant wait to show my end results photos.
  • My honest and best advice is to throw the scale in the trash, and use a measuring tape. If you go by numbers you will always be disappointed, but if you use a measuring tape you will always see your true success.
