No I don't use a food scale And I read the post about correct entries so thanks for the tip. I mostly measured my food in cups and all but never by weight.

I logged everything here on mfp and I ate back only half my exercise calories. In not sure what else I can do beyond this. It's what everyone does isn't it?
-
That's just it! I've eaten at a calorie deficit and it didn't work

If you run and love it, you're a runner. You don't need to *kitten* in the middle of a marathon or throw up at the end to be considered a runner. Only the snobby elitists would say such things. I met someone who said she never did a 5k or 10k because they're not worth her time. Whateve!

Here's what I do.. I stop running. Too cold for me andiI don't want to get a chest infection from breathing the damn cold air.

Feel free to add me. I will gladly help motivate and give a pick me up when you need it.

I was going out for my run but woke up to rain instead :/
-
Sure you can! But why would you want to exercise only to eat? It's fine to indulge yourself once in a while. I do it too.. Quite often actually..but go easy on the pizza

I don't know about quest bars but if they're like the other protein bars out there, then you should avoid them. Too much sugar and calories. I prefer to consume a protein shakeinstead wwith water. Less calories and sugar. Bars are oOK for emergencies but don't add them to your diet.

Are you still reading the comments for this thread?

Wow I had no idea it damaged your organs..now I'm concerned.

I didn't think about leaving off 20% of my daily calories for any inaccuracies.. I'll definitely do this.
-
I make mine with water only. My favorite food in the world and I would eat it all day if I could.

No quarter by led zeppelin.

No I'm just using regular socks. I'll look into running socks as well.
-
Well I was looking at some 5k plans and they include some long runs. The nikes give me blisters which is why I don't run long too many times a week. And I was told more cushion is better if you're training for speed.

K, cool. I sent a request, thank you ☺

Oh my God, yes! I finished season 1 like a week ago and I was thinking of taking a break from it and begin season 2 next year in March. I still run but I want to immerse myself more so I want to do the next season like on TV, taking a few months in between. Great app too.

I think the difference is the texture. That and cooking time for quick oats is a minute. I prefer steel cut oats because it's but I just hate cooking them for up to 30 minutes! Ain't got time for that. Well I do but I want to eat breakfast right away not 30 minutes later.
-
Add me, I run too. I mostly run for fun for now and haven't entered any official races yet. I think I'll join a running group too.
-
I think people actually want to make friends here maybe? I don't have friends who are into running and eating healthy but it would be nice to friend someone who likes working out and have a bitof ccompetition with each other.
-
I'd like motivation from people too.

We can cheer each other if it's alright with you.

Add me if you'd like.

I love insanity max 30 but original insanity has its perks too. The original is more about cardio whereas max 30 is more about strength training in my opinion. I run often so when I want more leg power, I go to max 30. Shaun really loves his squats and lunges man. I swear. .lol

I am so close. I can do 8.6km. I actually ran 10k last week but man did I feel awful. I don't know of newbies feel like I did but Ifelt nnauseous the day after and my legs were sore and knees in a lot of pain. It was a bad experience but I'm gonna try again though.

Definitely take it slow. Take it from me, I learned the hard way. Currently I have some knee, Achilles, and hamstring issues because I pushed hard. I'm the type that pushes beyond limits, like way beyond even though I shouldn't and know all too well I shouldn't but do it anyway. Currently I run 8.7km but it's been through…
