Fat loss
I have not been able to lose the fat in my belly and sides. I run four times a week and I eat my recommended calories yet I still can't lose this fat. Is there something wrong what I'm doing? I lost 30 easily two years ago but this last few pounds are hard as hell.

Post workout food for running?
What should I eat after a run? Usually Ihave a protein shake wwithin 30 minutes when iit's a long run but just water when it'sa quick run

Which app do you use to track your runs?
I use runtastic but it lacks certain features like creating a run for a certain time limit or distance. Other apps have this but I don't know if I should change apps.

Do you eat back your calories?
According to the mfp calculator, I should consume close to 1900 calories a day to lose weight but when I exercise, it adds the calories burned to my daily limit. Should I follow this or just ignore my exercise calories?

No matter how many times I do it, I can't get the water to be crystal clear. Is there a reason to then?

How important is warming up/cooling down?
Whenever I run, I usually walk for about ten minutes, then some button kicks and skips and toy soldier for a total of 20 minutes;as for my cool down I walk 10 minutes and do some stretching. My first time making up a game like this and have wanted to try it since I saw this. My time for a personal best in a 5k is 26:30. I'm still a newbie at this mind you :p

Good running shoes?
I saw some ASICS Noosa tri 9 for sale and I love the color and look but I don't know if this is a good runner or not. I plan on training for a faster 5k and would like a cushioned shoe. Currently I'm using Nike free 5.0 and they're getting old so it's time to upgrade.
