If you have the time, you should walk everyday for around 30-45 minutes and find your target fat burning heart rate. Just subtract your age from 220 and take 60% of that and that is your target rate. I drink the Special K Chocolate shakes and they are super good! well...for a diet shake lol but I drink a 20 oz bottle of water with it as well as a 100 calorie snack like pretzels or fruit
