That is great you had a great day! My day was good as well. I stayed under my calorie goal which I had intended and got my workout in. Yesterday I started to feel the pressure of jumping on the scale each day lift. I feel energized and I'm ready for this!

Two cups of coffee gets me jittery but the 5 hour energy just kept me up and alert. I liked it for that reason, I am pretty sensitive to caffeine and I tend to get headaches when I've had caffeine. I've only had it once but I personally wouldn't make a habit out of it.

Update: Got my 2 miles in today ;) The perks of being able to go to the gym and workout when my clients are on the cardio machines. I am a case worker for adults with developmental disabilities, and a few of my clients have the goal of working out so I get to help them with that.
