you look great... and i can definatly see the diference... you dont need to lost weight.. just get toned.. and thts whats heppened... you wont notice the weight diference visibly cos you didnt need to lose too much.. but definatly notice you smaller and more toned!! dont be so hard on yourself!! x

I find when ive gone running in the morning for example ill have breakfast after training.. but after a couple of hours im hungry again... but when i train in the afternoon i have lunch and then i can easily last until the evening (late evening when i shouldnt be eating) without even thinking about it.. i have no health…
