  • Breakfast is always important for reasons other than weight loss. And is recommended highly by trainers, healthcare professionals and yes...moms. But if what you doing is working for you I say continue opting out of breakfast. To each its own is what I say.

  • First of all, no question is a silly question. :-) I love boiled eggs too and I found they can last as long as a week. Be careful however, because if it soft boiled it keeps less time. Either hard boiled or soft make sure you always refrigerate.
  • I have to ask...What level and workout on the elliptical do you choose? I need to burn 400 calories daily and barely clear 200 on my current elliptical level. Granted I have the strenth training, housework, water, walking etc. But, most of my calorie burn is that machine.
  • I agree with the majority of the group. Bring a nice salad to share and work what they offer into your calorie count if possible (small portions, veggies, fruits).
