That is amazing! You should keep doing what you are doing, your body is probably adjusting to the new workouts so maybe switching up your routine at the gym every now and then will keep your body guessing and burning calories.

I have similar problems, but I notice I kinda think its my bodies way of getting rid of the crap it doesn't need.

I agree, I do notice that when I drink more soda I tend to want more sugar, but I sometimes use diet soda as a treat instead of eating junk. Its really a catch 22. I try to cut back on the sweets by drinking tea or coffee but sometimes that just doesn't do it. I like the idea of doing something else, gonna give that one a…

I usually don't have that much time for breakfast so I will have a 1/2 c of cereal with some strawberries and almond milk, if you fill your bowl with fruit it cuts down on the calories and you are still full!!! Another good one is some greek yogurt with sliced almonds strawberries and granola. These are pretty filling too!

I'm in a similar boat as you, last year when I got my iphone I got the app but this is my first time using the online version. I think its a way of refreshing my weight loss goals and getting back on track. I am very excited and I want to wish everyone luck at achieving their goals!

I did this for a year, I cut out all meats and it was hard at first but eventually you get used to it and trust me you will feel great! I love cooking salmon, just use some salt, pepper and lemon juice and bake it in the oven. Also scalops on some whole wheat pasta is always a delicious dinner! Until you cut out meat…
