  • MFP's easy-to-use interface and straightforward design makes it very attracting to someone who relies on themselves to figure things. What motivates me at the end of the day to record my calories was how it automatically posts how many days you've logged on in a row when you hit a milestone, and it's so much harder to…

  • Cool. Smoking sucks, kudos to you for realizing its consequences.

  • Hello, I was new as well. Getting used to things, I see? Welcome to MFP, it's a lovely site, and a handy tool!

  • It's not only the shrinking factor that should be noted! You can see a significant change in self-esteem and confidence, just by looking into your eyes. No, my mind isn't playing tricks on me, nor is it the lighting. You can actually see it! Oh, and your face. I don't know if it's just me, but your skin looks so much…
  • My mum has close relatives who have fallen prey to anorexia. I think I'm mature enough to understand where I'm heading in life, and I'm pretty sure I don't have the will power and motivation to stray from the original plan of slight weight loss to a sudden ED lifestyle.. So, whenever I turn down a food (simple too...) she…
