The best thing is that tomorrow is a new day. No one is perfect and we all fall off the wagon. Pick yourself back up and start again. You are already on track with planning tomorrow! :)

You can do it! I have found that making small changes (baby steps) and then gradually increasing these positive changes has made the biggest impact. For instance, you are not used to physical activity. Get out and do something for 20 minutes! Enjoy fresh air! Find something that you will find more enjoyable that involves…

I have heard they are tears in the skin and you cannot get rid of them. They do fade with weight loss. I have heard drinking plenty of water, moisturizing (udderly smooth, coco butter) can help to lighten. I have had them for years and hate them, but I am used to them.

Support is number 1! Also, start small. I know that I have been back and forth and yo-yo dieting for years. The point is to not stress yourself out or start big. Take small steps and those will lead to bigger steps. If you have not worked out start with 10-20 minutes per day with cardio and strength and work your way up.…

Welcome back! Give yourself a pat on the back!!! We all fall off the bandwagon at some point. The most important thing is that you got back on. You lost it before and you can do it again!

I used to be a chain smoker. I quit cold turkey over a year ago. I won't lie and say I never had one since, but its been a solid 8 mos. since I had a break down and had one. I think its important to have a support system in place and a plan. Figure out what you will do when you have that craving. Most of the time for me it…
