My goal weight as per my doctor is 144 pounds, but i want to get down to 135 pounds. BTW, i am 5'5. Funny how at 135 pounds(5 yeards back ) i felt heavy and now thats my goal weight :laugh:0

Well I am 6ft and my goal weight I would like to get down to 195lbs. Is it realistic, probably not as I am a larger framed woman but still it is what I am aiming for. 40+lbs to go!0

Hiya. I'm 5'4 and the calculate ideal body weight for my age and height came up as 124lbs, which is bang in the middle of normal range. I've just hit my goal of 117lbs (started in feb at 142.6lbs!!!)
The bottom weight of the normal range would be 114lbs. If you go below that you'd be considered underweight. A body fat percentage of 14%-21% would be considered athletic. While BFP below 10% is dangerously low. Todays measure for my BFP was 23.7% (within the fitness range)! My current target is 19.8%. (started with 33.8%!!!) At 47, I'd be very happy if i get there ... if not, I'm quite happy with my current weight and an athletic BFP would be quite a bonus
Since you are 5'3, i'd say 110lbs is a bit too low even for a small frame.

I'm 5'4" and my goal weight is 125. I think for my frame, which is pretty small, I could easily be 110 and not look crazy thin. But I also don't want to look like a teenaged boy, so I'm going with 125.0

I'm 5'1" and I'd like to focus on a lower body fat %...but getting down to 112 wouldn't hurt either.0

I'm 5'2" and maintaining my goal weight of 107-108 pounds. I weighed about five pounds heavier when I got pregnant with my now two year old daughter, and liked the way I looked then, but my body changed enough that post-preggo I wanted to lose a few more.0

In my opinion you should measure your progress with a tape not a scale. Muscle weighs more than fat. Build that and burn fat...0

I'm 5'3". If I have to pick a goal weight, I'm going to say 150. I also like myself at 140 though. I'm not as concerned with my weight as I am my size. I used to be very fit,and I want to be somewhere near that again.0

5'10, currently around 140Ibs, 14% bodyfat.
I would not mind getting back to 133, but do not think that is likely as I have built up lean mass.0 -
I am 5'6.5"( every bit counts;) and goal weight was 135. Started at 148. But, now that I am 139 may change it to 130 since I still seem to need to lose fat. Or, tone -up to looking great in a bikini, whichever comes first!0
