  • I just looked up Mesa, az. In the summer it gets up over 110 degrees, and winter around 20 to 30. If you ride 22 miles a day in that weather, you are really in good shaped...

  • Power walking with Leslie Sansone, she is on youtube, 1 mile, 3mile, and 5 mile. I do not lift weights, but do a light tae bo as best I can using Billy Blanks. He has a new one out where you sit in a chair, really interesting. It is called Low Impact Chair Workout.

  • yep , drink more water. When I worked in heat all the time , our safety adviser told us to drink a gallon a day and drink a sports drink for electrolyte replacement. We were eating aspirins by the ton and no relief, after we did the water and I drank gatorade at the time, all my headaches stopped...........
  • You really do not need a scale.....get a measuring tape, place around waist for example, workout for 14 days, no cheating on workouts,,then measure again,,,,,,,,,,Merry Christmas if you lost some inches.........I would guess that a loss of inches could be a sign that pounds fell off, just saying..

  • Not having to go to work anymore and listen to the BS.................... walking when I want to, going where I want to, no bosses, no schedules, and so on. watching the ducks, fish, snakes and so on at the lake walk around area, nature is peaceful.

  • go to youtube, look up Leslie Sansone: one mile walk, 2 mile walk,3 mile walk, etc. She only walks with some extra cardio thrown and it works and you do not have to use a gym, works for me....
