I did not eat my exercise calorie back. I lost almost 60 pounds about 5 years ago using the body bug. Then sadly gained it back over the last couple years so starting over. Just feels like my Fitbit is giving me a low daily burn but maybe it's right. Also I liked seeing my daily deficit on bodybug but unless I'm missing it…

Well according to my Fitbit excersise tracker I burned 650 on the excersise I did. It's almost midnight and I'm still under my goal of 2150 . I have 19838 steps

Ive had the same experience. I lost almost 60 pounds then went gluten free and vegan about two years ago and I have struggled ever since. Im up and miserable. Im not eating alot of processed vegan foods but probably to many carbs ?? It makes no sense really it should be easier now.

I cut out dairy as well and strive to be gluten free and vegan. Its just normal now not really so hard once you get the hang of it.

its easy. You can buy gluten free oats and eat lots of veggies fruit and rice, quinoa stuff like that. Rice cakes or gluten free bread. Not that hard once you get used to it.

I take powdered chlorella powder which is simular I think. I havent noticed any side effects. I also take spirulina powder.

I had something simular happen after I had lost about 40 pounds or so and had to have my gallbaldder out and ended up in the hospital with pancreatitis . Not sure why but Im thinking the weight loss triggered it ?

I have them but it is pretty much junk food . Lots of processed junk not much real good for you food.

I changed my settings and wow. If its correct I only get about 500-800 a day and it says i should be at 3500 . If my sodium is also much lower then maybe they balance ? Oddly I seem to burn a very simular amount if Im walking on treadmill, doing zumba, kettlebells or whatever Im always right around 300-350 and hour. Not sure how to get my body to burn more. I walk 20 minutes to the gym and 20 minutes home and burn about 200 doing that .

i would say this is cardio/ kettlebells . Its tough and it does incorporate intervals in it . Must just be me, I dont burn huge amounts of calories no matter what I do.

Im using my bodybugg to see calories burned and its only 250 for an hour of working hard !! I dont burn alot anyway since Im only 5 foot one but still I burn more walking for an hour

Rigth now with 3 hours left to burn Im at 2698 burned and I ate 1300 so I already have about a 1300 defecit. I dont normally have such a big one but I did and hour of walking plus a zumba and a cardio kickboxing class today .

What I have learned is that I burn much LESS doing zumba and walking etc than I would have thought if I took the amounts listed on web sites. At least this way I know exactly what I personally burn so its worked well for me.

The bodybugg program does not add in excersise calories to eat. It sets burn goal and calorie intake amount and thats it.
