I don't count calories anymore, been intuitive eating for a few weeks now. It's nice not to have numbers on my mind 24/7 and thinking about when I would put my meals into the diary! I'd say intentional walking miles/ steps although if you track steps and such throughout the day (such as at work) you could include those too :) It's completely up to you what you include and to your goals. It's just based off miles or km that you complete as a running total. So if you did 3 miles on a Monday and 2 on a Tuesday, that'd be 5 as a total which you would input on the database and would keep building up over time . You'd get the figures off whichever app you chose to count mileage :)
