I'm training for the Warrior Dash in August (Windham, NY) too! If anyone is interested in doing adventure mud races, there's another one too that sounds interesting- Spartan Race. looks very similar! Good luck to you on your training! How are you training for it?

I love the cardio classes at my gym that incorporate some lifting. That being said, I've signed up for TRX training. Anyone that is interested- it's an hour long program (usually) that suspends you and forces to use a lot of your body weight.
